Parrish Tire & Automotive

My son told me to have the mechanic look at my Honda Civic, it was running hot. I walked in with no appointment (actually to pick up my daughter-in-law. They said they would look at it. They told my son that my back tires were in dangerous shape. They gave me new tires and fixed the thermostat. They were professional, caring, and so very nice . The next day I went back to ask them about the thermostat. The gentleman remembered my name. That really surprised me. I will always take my car there and will recommend them to EVERYONE.

Parrish tire was definitely a positive experience. I walked in needing my AC fixed and they were able to fit me right in and had my AC fixed within 30 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will take my vehicle here only going forward for anything I need.

Will be back for sure! Needed my brakes checked for a trip I’m going on since it’s been a few years since I had them changed and they could’ve told me I needed them changed but were honest and said they were fine. Has been a while since someone felt that honest in the car industry, much appreciated. Next time I need something done it will for sure be here.

My truck had been running rough for months, lot of play in the steering wheel, lot of vibrating and bumpiness. I took it to Parrish for an alignment to help alleviate this and was upsold on tires. At first I was like, of course the tire guys' solution is going to be new tires, but they made a good case and my old A/T tires were pretty rough, so we agreed on some medium-grade street tires. They were right, the truck hasn't run this smooth in months, these guys are great and the prices are comparable to Sams Club so it's a win-win here.

Parrish was excellent every step of the way. Tanner was my technician and should continue to be given a lot of opportunities as they come up... I had a tire fail and go flat on the way home (see photos). I took the time to call a few places and Parrish was decidedly the best option. They offered me a variety of tires and provided service within 3 hours. That's from call through completion for a tire to be swapped at a residence. This was a great experience. - I went from thinking: Hey, I own a nice jack and I can just take off the tire and go down to the shop myself... to the realization that I didn't have the lock nut needed to get the tire off the car... Tanner & Parrish solved that problem. They gave me an amazing price for the on-location work and this took less than 30 minutes from when he arrived and worked in the rain to the time he left. As I told the dispatcher when I called, I will continue to spend money where I get good service. I already plan to replace the back two tires in due time... Thank you Tanner and Parrish on Peace Haven.
